      I'd say the 1100 would have a slightly taller, but the same riding position. It was the light clutch on the 696 that sold it for me. The desmosedici on the other hand had a very hard seat, but was light as hell. And loud. To put it simply there was a Koenigsegg CCX at the same event, which compared to the RR sounded like a Toyota Prius...

      How true, but you should have a sit on the 696. I did today and it was the most comfortable, natural feeling bike ever. And thats saying something, coz I got to have a sit on a Desmosedici RR as well!!!
