It's been an interesting week, and full of blog-worthy quoteiness.

Sunday, lasagne at my house.
Never, ever let Nicole stir cheese sauce. Unless you want it all over the hob?
Nicole on the bike! Poor girl... And dinner was a bit late cos I lost an hour or so in between getting off the computer and going to Dunnes. Not sure what happened there, I was probably spacing.

So Kate told me to give up spacing out for lent. I lasted all of... a minute? If that. But I told her to give up being defensive... That def hasn't worked! (Love you really Kate!)

Back to Sunday. It turned out that the spilled cheese sauce wasn't missed because I may, possibly, have made about two litres of the stuff. No lie. Shoulda been 1 and a half but the measuring cup only holds 250ml and maths is not my forté. And I just realised that I forgot the nutmeg. Yes, I'm a silly goose.
So there was far too much cheese sauce, and somehow not enough of the other sauce (not sure what happened there...) so one lasagne was normal and the other was... well mainly cheese and milk. And no nutmeg. Still tasted alright though, swear.
I managed to lose a spoon in the cheese sauce too. I was writing down a quote and I left the spoon standing up in the saucepan.
-Squelch-
"What was that noise??"
-Turn around, noticing the missing spoon-
"Er.. Ooops."
So that was the noise then...
I then realised I'd lose my pen, and there were a few moments of horror after I announced this, as visions of blue inky lasagne ran through all our heads. Nicole found it, it was under the microwave.

Nicole made coffee next, with my new PINK espresso maker thingy.
Worst coffee ever? I don't know whether to blame Nicole, the coffee or the espresso maker.
Then, CRACKER EATING CONTEST!!
Nicole and Sarah battling it out to see if they can eat three crackers in three minutes.
Sounds easy?
It's not.
I was timekeeper and adjudicator(I don't have a clue how to spell that, and I could look it up but this is MY blog so feck off! Defensive much?)
I enjoyed making them laugh as they tried to eat their crackers.
And then; "5, 4, 3, 2, 1... STOP COOKING!"
I am not, contrary to what Sarah says, "such an old woman". I simply enjoy Ready Steady Cook.

Sarah then got hold of a snooker cue and proceeded to feel Nicole up with it. While singing the tune to Telly Bingo.

Gosh, this is long and we're only going onto Monday yet.

So Monday.
Yes, day of the Moon and all that.

So, I got into school and was asked where Nicole was. Because we're surgically attached and all that, and if she's not with me people worry.

Wait- modelling?
Yes, Nicole was modelling on Monday, for her hairdresser. Or stylist, what ever they like to be called.
Cos he gave her pretty funky hair.
And she MISSED DOUBLE BIOLOGY!!

Is no one else shocked and horrified by this?? She left me, her Biology buddy, TOTAWY AWONE (get that reference?) in Biology.
Shocking.

She missed a fun Biology class.
Actually, I'm not really sure if she did. I was too busy daydreaming to notice. But what's new?
Really though, did we do anything in Biology on Monday??

I've still not started it. I plan on doing some of it tonight though!

Lunchtime was spent in fits of giggles.
