Well. 2oo8 was crap in many ways and awesome in many ways. But basically: this is the first time at the end of the year that I’m actually seeing it as a start to a NEW year. NEW YEAR’S EVE. Well, duhh. But as you can see from my title, I’ve always seen this day as December 31st OMG IT’S THE END OF ANOTHER SHITTY YEAR.

And chyuh.

So this year saw the beginning of my last ever year in high school. OMFG. Everybody else is so excited about leaving but whenever I think about it, I want to cry. I mean I hate change. Especially big changes that are going to chuck you out into the big wide world all on your own with no clue and no idea and no map or compass. Holy shit, I’m going to University.

But there’s more to this year than just that (No there isn’t).

This year I discovered many many things that got me all excited and happy and I had one hell of a summer.

ALSO. This year I kept a diary and I wrote in it EVERY SINGLE DAY. Fuckin' win.

1. BUNNIES
The year started with my baby bunnies being born <3 My gorgeous Chiyo and Suki (as it was at the time) had babies of their own <3 ((We changed Suki’s name to Tsuge, then to Tsuke, then to just Chunky XD)) They had two white bunnies with blue eyes (very rare especially for two black parents (h)) and one that looked just like Chunky >w< Now though they’ve all gone to different homes, and Chiyo’s gone .__. I think about them and miss them every day <3 Chunky’s all alone but I do give him special cuddles ; 3;

I JOINED GAIA ONLINE AND IT’S TAKEN OVER MY LIFE I LOVE IT :’DDDDDDD <3

3. WALES V NORWAY
Chyuh we went to see Wales v Norway in February X’DD It was funny because Wales were in yellow which I’ve never seen before. Norway were in red. So cause I’m thick I assumed Norway were yellow and I rofl’d at their banananess. Then Wales scored a goal and our side all cheered then it dawned on me, “ho shit we’s du bananas”. It was funneh. Anyway it gave me real Welshy pride and we got to kick Pia’s butt >D <3 cause I think her and Pryderi secretly know each other since I told him about kicking her butt and he lol’d. ò_ó I’s watchinu gurl.

4. KERNEWEK <3 (HA BREZHONEG)
Oh bby. This year I discovered Cornish and that’s what started all of this shite off. Now I love Celticness and all that. A LOT. And I wannu learn Cornish and I’m going to learn Breton next year in Uni HELL YESH 8D And everyone asks me why I bother learning a language that nobody speaks D; Well. It’s because I hate popular mainstream stuff usually, and I’ve always tried to go for the obscure, weird things. And Cornish and Breton are pretty obscure languages. 5. o8 WOULD NOT BE o8 WITHOUT: WHOSE LINE IS IT ANYWAY? BABY
HOLY SHIT.
After Maldwyn NAGGED me to watch this show I finally watched it and. I. Fell. In. Love.
I FREAKIN ADORE WLUS and WLUK <33 I love Greg and Tony and Colin and Ryan and Steve and Wayne and Brad and ... THE OTHER GUY D;
They srsly make me so happy and I was SOOOO obsessed with them at one point that it was just laughable really XDD; But srsly. They MADE 2008 for me. <3

6. o8 WOULD NOT BE o8 WITHOUT: JIMMY EAT WORLD BABY
Shortly after discovering the best TV show in the world I discovered the best band in the world. I love Jimmy Eat World and I have no idea why. (It’s not because I love Jim Adkins and want to marry him. No. No. Honestly now.) They’re not even the kind of music I usually like, but they make me so happy <3 I even know the date I discovered them .___. March 28th. Damnit.

7. LEE EVANS
Me and mum went to see Lee Evans in theatre Hafren! It was so immen

*Me, Daniel and Libby are working on some Malcontent crap in English.
Daniel has Libby's rainbow pencil which has a circle rubber at the end, not quite unlike a nipple.

I would do this in Welsh buuuttt I can't be arsed to do all the translating so it's gonna be English. =]

Here is my list of super duper cool things / moderately cool things / things that happened this year.

1. Getting Dumped. Twice. Although it fucking hurt at the time, getting dumped was the best thing that ever happened to me. Made me realise how important friends are, and how useless boyfriends are. I'm so glad that's all over and done with now eh! =] Big thanks to all the people who got me through it.. <3

1.5 My Rabbits This year I got my looovely Chiyo && Tsuge, my bunnies >.< I LOVE YOU TWWOOOO <33 They're the cutest things ever and they always put a smile on my face =] <3

2. York That was SUCH a super duper holiday. I loved it. York is the nicest city I've ever been to. Normally in cities I feel a bit scared, but York was LOVELY. Also, The Japanese Shop there ruled. Teehee xD <33.

3. Meeting Craig! I've known Craig off the internet for about a year and he came on holiday to round here and stayed in Welshpool so we met up! And it was great =] he's amazingly lovely and just.. LOVELY ^___^ and so so so so sososososo funny. <33. RUNNING THROUGH JAPANESE WALLS!! <3 Hope to meet him again soon =]

4. Starting to learn Japanese This year I started to learn Japanese, and it was so much fun. It really opened my eyes to languages and made me realise a lot of things. It's a beautiful language to speak and write, and hopefully next year I'll be able to start learning it again (I had to stop because of schoolwork). Sugoi naa~

5. Dechra siarad Gymraeg I decided at the end of Year 11 that in Sixth Form I would speak more Welsh, and I have, and it's GREAT. I've made more friends just by speaking my own language and I've realised that Welsh is so beautiful, and we have such an amazing history and mythology and if we don't try harder to keep our language alive then it's all gonna die. 6. Cerddoriaeth Gymraeg .. and because of my interest in the language I've become interested in the music scene, and it's so cool. MC Mabon, Gola Ola, Stilletoes... C2, BANDIT! It's all so cool, and it's definitely worth checking out >.<

7. Decora Even though I got interested in Japanese fashion at the end of 2006, only this year did I manage to learn much more about it and start to build up my wardrobe. I LOVE DECORA SO MUCH ^___^ I always need to feel like I'm part of a group, and even though labels are GHEY, i need to be part of one. And Decora is just the best. It's lovely. It's happy. It's kawaii. I love it.

8. Going out to town So I was SHIT SCARED the whole time, going out to town and meeting all Kim's friends was wicked cool, even if I don't do that anymore. Twas fun. [=

9. Not doing too shite in my GCSE's 4 A*'s, 4 A's and 2 B's - not too bad, considering I didn't answer HALF the Maths questions (which I got a B in) and only revised for Physics and Chemistry the night before, (which I got the A*'s for Science Double award... WTF.) Umm. Yeh. Pretty MIFFED that I only got an A in R.E., and that I got a B in Welsh Language... but oh well! I got lots of money for it >=3

10. Sixth Form I love 6th form. I love it. It's so much fun. I love it.

11. MY R.E. BUDDIES! Libby, Daniel, Rachael, James: YOU GUYS ROCK. MY R.E. BUDDIIIIIEEEES <33 ^_____^ Also without James, you are my English buddies, and you make that lesson so much more bearable -_-;; <33

12. Welsh I love Welsh =] BIG THANKS to Rowena for making me laugh sssooo much. Like, telling Pryderi to shut up during the Welsh test, and saying "thank you" to Mr Richards. HARHAR. Yeh. I love the poetry we're studying, and grammar is fucking complicated but FUN. Also uhh.. Siwan.. yeh >_>;;;

13. ANIME Last year, Princess Mononoke and Spirited Away were the only SG films I knew. Now I LOVE The Cat Returns &&. Only Ye
