- Hi, im mike or Seldon as some associates like to call me. Studying a V.R.Q level one award in Catering & Hospitality and lovin it. I also work at the falcondale hotel. Which is just a lush place to work. Goin back in college in september
but its all good becose my head chef at falcondale is goin to help me kane the second year. Then hopefully after that I'm getting out of Wales and moving to Spain (Malaga).
