Hey there. We just got back from the major chunk of our summer tour. I'd like to thank all of the people who came out, it was a lot of fun for us, pretty much every gig was a total blast. We got to see some beautiful towns that we'd never played, and the shows with the Flaming Lips were completely over the top. We have 4 gigs remaining, possibly until the end of the year. We have about 40 new songs that we wrote and recorded since the beginning of the year and we are now gonna focus all of our attention on completing the new Ween album. As much fun as it is playing shows, we really need to dedicate time to finishing this record. Please check the tourdates page for ticket info on these last 4 gigs. Two of the shows are State Fairs (NY, PA) and the show will be Sonic Youth/Ween/Flaming Lips, in that order.

Our first (and most collectible) release on Chocodog Records was the "Live in Toronto" album which was recorded on the tour for "12 Golden Country Greats" 10 years ago. We pressed a very limited edition and they sold out immediately. I'm happy to tell you that it is being re-released on VINYL ONLY in Europe and the UK on Schnitzel Records on Mon. 9/4. We are in full scale recording mode on our new album at the moment. We have been working almost every day in our new recording/rehearsal space, a 200 year old stone farmhouse on a lot of land in Bucks County, PA. We have a huge batch of songs and we plan on keeping it going until the well runs dry so to speak. It's a little early to predict when, where, and how the new album will be released, but the music sounds great and it feels good to be back in our natural habitat--recording in a shitty old farmhouse with a leaky roof and a rodent/insect infestation. And black mold. This is the most writing and recording we've done in many years and I can't wait for you guys to hear our new shit.
