what i do pretty much all the time.:)
parkour:getting from a-b as quickly and efficiently as possible, using your body as a tool to better urself as a person and to push the limits of your mind and body

freerunning:getting form a- wherever doin whatever u want to make it look better and as awesome as u can possibly make it, this also involves self betterment and also pushes ur mind and body to the limit

these 2 things there are no limit to how good you can become.

it hellps me to feel whole and i nt care what neone thinks i enjoy it so .........u no.

i also enjoy tricking which is basically gymnastics and flips n stuff :)
