I'm not the real king buzzo duh. This profile has just been set up so I can post melvins songs without running the risk of having my own bebo page deleted. Please join the melvins band page.
Music
I am a member of the melvins, fantomas and venomous concept
No, they couldn't be written by me. Have you even ever really sat down and listened to Nightwish? You can say they are not your taste.. That's fine, but what you said was just wrong and tbh, totally rude.
"Why stick to metal only? There's other great musical genres. Such as Avant Garde, Ambient, Goa Trance, Krautrock, or my favourite, though really popular, Progressive Rock."
That's pretty funny, considering you have Mr.Bungle on your page..lol.
well i dunno who this is, but i saw somebody was slagging of nightwish so im think, why dont i get involved?? i know quite a few people who would like to hav a chat with you =) so what is going on here exactly? something about you (whoever you are) saying something like nightwish's lyrics could be written by a 13 year old emo?? well, i would beg to differ...

People have different tastes. Get the fuck over it. The both of you.
I enjoy acts such as Nightwish, etc. But I'm really open minded to just about anything. On my Zen I have artists such as Opeth, Nightwish, Devin Townsend etc. but I also have the likes of The Smashing Pumpkins, Radiohead, Infected Mushroom, Kraftwerk, and NWA.
Really can't listen to much metal lately. Straying into more experimental genres.
AAAAHHHH Your soooo annoying by you blocking me from leaving you comments your making everyone think "oh wow darragh shut him up" when in fact you've simply blocked me from leaving you comments. Come on it's a fun little argument stop taking it so serious lets continue our debate. Yes I have heard quite a lot of nightwish by the way and was at their last gig here in vicar street cause my friend is quite a big fan so no I am not basing all my knowledge of nightwish based on tiny snippets I've simply searched on the internet. Yes symphonic metal is possibly the most commercialised metal at the moment other than nu-metal, emo bands and thrash metal. This music is just commercialised in a different way. You look at any kid at central bank and he'll have either one of these tops/ t-shirts on my chemical romance, slipknot, metallica, slayer, pantera, paramore, linkin park, system of a down, nightwish or lacuna coil. Don't even try to argue that point you know i'm right.
The difference between me criticizing Paramore and you criticizing Nightwish is that I've actually listened to both bands, listened to their musical arrangements and lyrics and made an informed decision on which I like best, and Nightwish just seem to come out first. Paramore are mediocre at best. They've brought nothing new to the music scene whereas Nightwish practically invented the symphonic metal sub-genre.
"Listen if thats the type of music you like, fair enough but don't go dissing other shit bands when the music you listen to has lots if not possibly more generic riffs and melodies."
Tell me, which bands that I like have the generic riffs and melodies of which you speak? Twilightning? Maybe Communic or Pagan's Mind are the generic ones? Buddy, don't go making assumptions on music you obviously know nothing about or have never listened to. It just makes you look like a presumptuous cock.
"Yes, yes it does to know I have a whole lot more musical knowledge than you and maybe in a few years when you grow up you'll look back on this and think "Fuck he was right all along what was I thinking listening to this piece of shit band with song titles such as "Meadows of Heaven", "For the Heart I Once Had", "Wish I Had an Angel" and who could forget "Romanticide" (wow thats really deep maaaan)."
It's nice to know you think you can base an assumption of my entire knowledge of music when all you're doing is trying to put down merely one band I like. And you're even doing a bad job of that aswell. Typing "Amaranth lyrics" into Google and copying and pasting a few lyrics from one song doesn't quite do the trick when you're trying to put down a band that's been producing music since 1996. Also, what kind of fuckwit criticizes a band based on their song titles?
"a band that has way more talent and way more courage to produce songs that step away from the usual commercialised shit "metal" music we hear today."
As you're probably not aware of, heavy metal music must have at least 100 sub-genres. Tell me, which one of them has become the most commercialized? Is it viking metal or stoner metal? Maybe it's black metal or death metal. Could it be power metal or thrash metal? Hell, maybe it's even gothic metal or doom metal! You'll have to tell me which, dipshit, because out of all the genres of music there are, metal is probably the least commercialized of the lot.
"2nd robber to the right of Christ,
Cut in half - infanticide.
The world will rejoice today,
As the crows feast on the rotting poet."
Last time I checked, an adolescent emo kid didn't write those lyrics, Tuomas Holopainen did, an accomplished Finnish musical composer who's even written music for movie soundtracks. Much like Ennio Morricone, who you mentioned!
Yeah, what was I thinking!? Listening to a symphonic metal band who have absolutely great musical arrangements, amazing vocalists and actual lyrical depth? Maybe I should just listen to Paramore instead, where I can find great lyrics like "God, does it feel so good!"
I'm sure you're a great judge on musical taste yourself there, mate. And even though according to you there seems to be annoyingness radiating from my actual profile picture, I still appear to have more friends than you. Certainly are Mr. Popular there, aren't we, "King Buzzo"? I'm your first comment in two months, lol.
how about you eat my balls fucko
I heard they announced some dates in England curation of Nightmare before christmas with Mike Patton and since i love both would be good to go to.

Even still if they are in Europe for those i guess they will be playing at other places as well.

Learn some fucking respect!

Looking forward to the new Melvins album?
Erm excuse me..
Have you got a problem with Nightwish?
Lyrics could be written by a 14 year old? well it must be a fucking very talented 14 year old then! Brains of a genious.. Cause Tuomas is a genious!
Get your facts right

You can continue yer debate with me by posting on my profile with your real one. :]
Also who do you think you are listing off "sub-genres" of metal its ridiculous how people have to put a fucking label on everything

You're also that much of an insecure moron that you had to go to 3 of my friends' pages just to get your shitty point across.
Grow up.
"P.S You really do look like an absolute sap in that photo folding your arms and not smiling hasn't looked upon as cool since the 1970's"

I also find it funny when you make statements like that while hiding behind a band profile.
