It sure has been one hell of a year!! Met so many amazing people and such great experiences!!!

Highlights of my year- Leaving GHS!! - Never been happier since that hell-hole!! Not missed it one bit!!
Crown Vets - Its an amazing place and i am very lucky to have spent 7 months there. (June- December).
Starting Thurso College - It may be not be the best place in the world but its putting me through my verterinary nursing. Hard work which i love. 1 of the 3 offers i got!!
Rogart Vets - Finally after 2 years i got the dream offer- A job and a chance to continue my training next year. Here i come 5th of Jan!!
Brora Coop - Ok it is mad. But i have had quite a laugh working in there so far.
Turning 18 - Finally legal at last!! And it's been mad since. Nothing stopping me now. Great nights out and in!! Plenty memories!! And more to be made. I'm an adult!!
London - I went for a weekend with my mam and nan. A Highlight of my life!!
Friends - Made some fab new friends!! Discovered how much the ones i had mean to me. They made my year!!
Passed my driving test Been zooming about in my car since!!
Happy - Many more occasions which have also helped make my year great: Summer, Kerri's wedding (cant believe she's Mrs Graham now! So perfect), Natala and Cheryls days out for their birthdays, My birthday was great! Random weekends with Natala. And nights out with new maties. Many more.. All made me super happy and smiley!!

So all in all it's been a pretty good damn year and i can't wait for next!! 2008 is certainly ending on a high!! So many things to do and places to be and alcohol to be consumed before december 31st!! May or may not fill you in on it!!

15. Yer holiday home at the seaside has calor gas under it.
16. Ye know irn-bru is a hangover cure.

A wee Glesga wumman goes intae a butchershop, where the butcher has just Came oot the freezer, and is standing haunds ahint his back, with his Erse aimed at an electric fire. The wee wumman checks oot the display Case then asks, 'Is that yer Ayrshire bacon?' 'Naw,' replies the butcher. 'It's jist ma haun's ah'm heatin'.

How i met Purple.

Right well. back in april 1999. i had 2 pets called Winnie and Twinnie- he was a twin but his mother only wanted 1 but sadly winnies shoulder was dislocated by the old dog. she was tiny(lamb) and they were left for a while alone. no one thought jill would touch them but she did. then twinnie died cos he was ill and bob our neighbour said i could have this lamb thats mother had bad udders. we kept saying no, but when they died. we got her. so i walked into bobs field to get her. i wasnt a few steps down then this beautiful sturdy lamb came running towards me. (like a scene from a film) and started nuzzling my legs eagarly for a suck. so off we went. her name was because. Bob numbers his lambs so he can tell whos lamb is who. and he had used purple spray on my lamb and it was a very smudged purple number 27. so she kinda looked purple and at the time purple was also my fave colour. we were inseparable after that. she would follow me anywhere. she was a big lamb so the dog didnt think of touching her and infact chased the dog on more than one occasions.
she was a jolly happy lamb.
and the bigger and older she got the more love grew.

Thats how i met my purple.

Purple has filled my life with soo much happiness. There is no other sheep like her.

She has survived yellowsis, since she was the pet Papa and me gave her and injection. And she had swolen knee never went down not even to this day.
I still have the a small piece of wool from the first time you were clipped. Rae did it and was very gentle. She wasnt clipped the first year cos she lost her fleece to yellowsis.
Purple was the leader of the flock. She once stood up on her hind legs with her front 2 on my wellies. What a fright i got, seeing her eye level. Purple frequently got her head stuck in the feeding skuttle and would take grass from my hand. She was a pain cos when you were working with the sheep, she was at you. Behind you when she was ment to be infront you and when you were working with the others. She would be snooping. But she was 100% loveable!!

In 2003 on April 27- Lilly was born. Cute lamb. Purple was very protective of her!! Papa rang me in Lochcarron to say she had finally had her first lamb. She was such a good mother!!

In 2004 on April 27- Aqua was born. 1 Year later. Purple had a huge ewe. What a size Auea was. The 3 girls stuck together. Purple had her own the family.

In 2005 on April 19 - PJ (Purple Junior or aka Bertie) was born. He grew and grew and became a huge whopper of a lamb. He was a strong mighty lamb!! Since he was a wedder we sold him and i got £30.

Purple also became a Granny to Daisy that same April. Purple had a clan.

Then we downsized and only Purple and a few other members of the flock. But i know that Purple loves her family where ever they are, and doesnt blame us.

Purple lived a reasonably peaceful life in The Mills after that. All the grass she wanted and all the love in the world.

I love Purple always.
