I just figured out what love is...

I think this needs an explanation. I was talking to Liz about mum's godmother, who I call my aunt Eileen, its what I grew up calling her and its what mum calls her. I was talking about how I feel when I'm in her and her husband's company, I feel the same way when I'm with other members of my family, its just easier to explain with them as an example.
So, here goes...

When I'm with them, I don't care that they're religious, or that she works in a cathedral. They make me forget about everything wrong in the world and it doesn't matter if I'm gay or straight or insane or whatever, all that matters is then and there and being in the same place and enjoying each others company.

I think its obvious why I used them as an example because if you really know me, you know what my thoughts on religion are. And because I know several of my close, basically what I consider my immediate family have bebo accounts and are on my friends list, this does include how I feel when I'm in your company, I just find it easier to use one example rather than several so its less confusing.

Anyway, I might not know what it feels like to be 'in love' because I am still young and I think love takes time and needs trust, therefore I cannot feel that way. And I think people these days throw the word around like a tennis ball, so it really can't have much true meaning any more.
I may not know the exact definition of the word love, or an act of love, I think this may be the beginning of my way of trying to form either a new definition, or possibly bringing back what I believe love used to be before everyone decided that it was a play toy.

I'm beginning to think that because the word/phrase is becoming so overused that we should come up with a new way of saying it, or perhaps everyone should just stop talking seeing as actions speak louder than words ever could. I'll now quote Liz when we were talking about this earlier:
"i would rather just go up to someone and give them the most epic hug ever and if they are on the same wavelength as me then they will understand"

I think I've said all that I need to say now.
