Just for my most wonderful sister-in-law, Maggie, I am updating my profile on here. I still live in Superior and am currently working at UWS in their Athletic Department as the Sports Information Director/Assistant. I also still work at Anytime Fitness and at Beverly Health and Rehabilitation. Lately I've been spending most of my time between the 3 jobs and hanging out with my bf, Dan. I'm going to Grad school in the spring for a Masters in Sports Administration from UWS which they will be paying for as a part of my grad assistantship!! So life is pretty good here in Superior.

Love to play softball...it's my favorite!! I also enjoy a rousing game of volleyball or basketball. Touch football is pretty fun too!!

  • First Win and First Loss

    APRIL 14, 2006

    So Wednesday I had my first game as a coach and my first win as a coach!!! We beat Duluth East 21-5. It was a lot of passed balls and walks and hit batsman. Pretty crazy nonsense!!! But we pulled out the win and I was pretty happy. Now, come Thursday, one day later, our defense looked like I put a bunch of 8 year olds out and the field and told them to go crazy and do whatever they wanted. I was not happy by any means. But on a better note....our offense is really coming around. We ended up losing to Cloquet 9-5. One of my friends is the coach for Cloquet so that was nice. Anyway....doubleheader against Ashland tomorrow and then off to Eva's Wedding!!

  • First Scrimmage

    SO.....had my first scrimmage as a coach today....everything actually went pretty smoothly. We ended up losing 1-2 but we weren't supposed to keep score anyway. Fielding-wise we didn't look too bad, but our hitting was ROTTEN!!! So I guess I'll just have to fix that!! haha. Anyway, just thought I'd let everyone know how today went.

    Sarah my love! How the F are you? Nobody really uses Bebo anymore, but since I don't want to start a whole new myspace thingy, I will force you to read my comment on here. Not too much longer until we are reunited! How excited are you? We will need to party like it's 2001. I will try to remember the words to 'stutter'. Anyway, me and Dave are still doing good here, but ready to come home. SO I think we will. And we will see yo ass there!
