- I was born in Oxfordshire originally but I"ve lived in Fife since I was 3 years old and regard myself as "adopted Scottish". I graduated with MA Philsophy 2:1 in 2004 from St. Andrews University and was doing MSc Social Work at Dundee. Having (happily) dropped out of this course I"m now working in a call centre dealing with faults businesses have with BT broadband (fortunately more enjoyable than it sounds).
No idea what I"m going to do with my life currently, already had a plan so this"ll be Mark 2 when I eventually work it out.
Generally I live on another planet (not sure which one) and visit Earth periodically to scare the locals!

- Quite a range, hard rock and most varities of metal mainly but that wouldn"t really cover it really. Absolutely adore the the Manic Street Preachers (to an increasingly scary level), my other favourite bands are Guns N" Roses, (older) Metallica, Garbage, Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Smashing Pumpkins, Goldfrapp, Pitchshifter, The Kills, Frankenstein Drag Queens From Planet 13, Therapy? and Placebo. I"m also very fond of Rage Against The Machine, The Proclaimers, System Of A Down, Chuck Berry, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Therapy?, R.E.M., Rammstein, Radiohead, The Ramones, Queens Of The Stone Age, Queen, Dead Kennedys, PJ Harvey, Nine Inch Nails, Led Zeppelin, Green Day, Muse, Alice In Chains, Beach Boys, PJ Harvey, Radiohead and Foo Fighters amongst others. Frankly I love music and couldn"t imagine life without it
New bands would include Dragonforce, The Answer, Tina Dico - Films
- Generally daft sci-fi/fantasy, rom-coms, surreal comedys and especially B-Movies at any opportunity

- White Water Kayaking, Swimming (when I can be bothered), Hill Walking (see previous)

- Needles...hate them!

- In pub, on river, at concert, drunk, listening to music, playing bass guitar

- Bloody minded independent creatures who like sleep, food and affection - what's not to like!

Success and more money spent, again...
Hah success...
Actually managed to get my huge piece of work. 6000 words, done for my course so can now temporarily relax. I'm also going along to see The Cult in less than 3 weeks so all is indeed beginning to look good in the world.
Am watching Father Ted and am laughing harder than I have for quite some time, I'd forgotten quite how surreal it was. Speed 3 is just wonderful...
Also despite having no money I bid successfully for the Stay Beautiful 7" by the Manics and Femtex 7" by Therapy? on eBay. 2nd one is quite impressive given only 500 copies were released back in 1994, I'm a happy bunny if a poorer one. :-D

Citylink murdered with phone they attempted to pass the buck grr... evil usless company. Finally got parcel sent off and managed to go shopping. Will head back to caravan park tonight and finish off cleaning and find out shift times. As I currently have no idea. Oh yes and Tescos are selling large packs of salmon again for 4.99.... mmmmmm!

Don't appear to be badly ill and stopped feeling sick reckon Fraizer just gave me a very mild version of his bug... it seems to be just a very mild flu like cold so we're still on for Friday.
Good news is I've managed to get the daytime shifts off Saturday and Sunday so I'm only working evenings during the madness of the Wickerman Festival. (Oh and by the way I've been told there are still tickets available although I don't know about just going along for part of a day or something... just thought I'd mention.)
Now currently planning to murder the Citylink Delivery man and planning a very annoyed phone call tommorow morning espeically as they assured me when I rang earlier that the delivery man was indeed coming before 6pm... grrr -
