- Self tan and vodka are never advisable companions. I know this. I knew this on saturday night pre-pub. I knew it with a vengeance on sunday morning. There wasn't a sun-kissed glow in sight, this looked more like i'd been wrestling in a vaguely orange mud, or maybe attempted zebra stripes with my bronzer and a spatula.
Needless to say, this was not the fault of the product but rather the pissed person applying it. - Why?
- I've got a shoe graveyard at the back of my wardrobe, all resigned to a life of slowly collecting dust. I blame the inconvenient shoe sizing system and the shop assistants with their universal catchphrase- ' They'll give'. No, they won't. What they will do is result in hours of agony and undignified hobbling. Like professional dog walkers, is there a service out there that'll take my shoes for a spin around the park instead?

2nd year at dundee
1. Move into flat, think we can describe it as studenty.
2. Few hours later chris + kirsty are lying in a car park. it was fun.
3.Kirsty wakes up in strange bed in strange house and panics. hadnt even been in dundee 24hrs. was ok was at chris and withchys.
4.find drunk passed out on bench. put him in ambulance, didnt actually hospitalize him he was already in that state,he tried to pull me thus he deserved it.
5. Kirsty decides she doesnt like skateboards, they are dangerous.
6. Chris calls kirsty courtney love, she then decides its best if she doesnt speak to him.
7. The NORTHERN irish arrive in force.(in a micra).
8. One of the NORTHERN irish gets sent home.(on a boat)
9. Keep burning hand on back of fridge. bit annoying.
10. Flic sets of fire alarm, sadly half of dundee can fucking hear it. Kirsty attacks it with a screwdriver. It her answer to alot of things.
11. Flic banned from using oven.
12. Need to be restrained from hospitalizing bagpipe man (seriously standing outside our flat, playing the bagpipes at 9am is just taking the piss).
13. Then theres the church bells, every single night for an hour.
14. Emma continues to smoke on her windowsill, its quite a drop you know, if u fall i dont fancy your chances emma.
15. Our couch is constantly occupied by a non flat member, think we are going to have to start charging rent.
16. Calum and mark do their best to trash our flat, not very hard to do. Apparently they were wrestling.
17. Kirsty and emma cant go to tesco without returning with alcohol, its getting serious.
18. Witchy gets beard burn.
19. Chris continues to get abused.
20. More inappropriate nicknames surface.
21. Road trip to edinburgh, car was like being in a storm simulator. We then proceed to lose our minds, some more than others.
22. People go to amazing lengths to nose into our flat but really i thought the crane was a bit extreme.
23. Ironing board doubles as a dining table.
24. Feet cant take anymore abuse.
25. We figure the walk to uni takes about 15mins but on a night out 10. strange??
26. Disgrace ourselves a bit too much.
27. Fatties is slightly too close.
28. Miss the bakery.
29. Find that Chris suits a dressing gown.
30. We discover tuesday nights!!
31. We spend every spare second in the union.
32. Find that in dundee its quite easy to dropkick a pigeon.
33. Phones and washing machines dont mix.
34. Ciggarette filters fit perfectly in Kirstys ears.
35. We discover suits and dresses. It was a strange but actually quite nice experience.
36. Figure that smothering urself is quite a good option when emma and witchy decide to annoy you, when you havent slept, uv just got home, and your still drunk.
37. Emma becomes my personal bodyguard.
38. Chris takes yet more abuse.
39. The boys talk about their band, endlessly.
40. 9/11 conspiracy theories-great way to pepare for a night out.
41. Big strong painkillers + alcohol= good!!
42. Discover more borderers, Kirsty thought she was the only one.
43. Our bathroom- great place for a party. It has the strobe light effect. In the process of turning it into a club.
44. Kirsty wakes up hugging a trainer.
45. Too much drama this year really, decided to drink through it.
46. Decide Chris has a death wish.
47. Only a matter of time before one of us gets hit by a bus crossing the damn road outside our flat.
48. Flic keeps eating Kirstys caterpiller cake.
49. Stairs to our flat are a pain.
50. We spend all afternoon in the park, them kids were getting nowhwere near the swings.
51. Anybody know a Liam Crawford?? His post mountains getting silly now.
52. Chris gets his lip peirced- no i dont forgive you, not now, not ever.
53. Flic too decides it would be fun to pay someone to ram a metal bar through her tongue. I mean seriously guys, why?? just why?
54. Why do all our conversations revolve around things such as blood, gore, needles, disgusting injuries and dead bodies?? THERES NO NEED!!

Life at Dundee Semester 2
1.Kirsty gets attacked by a velvet penguin-this is not good, the reaction is not pretty.
2.We steal a shopping trolley from Tesco-it saved the taxi fare the cobbles were tricky though.
3.Flic throws a wooden spoon at Chris, hard, unfortunately Chris didn’t take it like a man, he ducked. The result? A dent in our kitchen wall.
4.Kirsty and Claire steal Flics’ beloved inflatable pink chair and take it on a tour around campus. It was devastated it didn’t make it to mono but the laundry room did just fine. Owner of chair did not react to chairs escapade well.
5.Claire progresses with the weekly heat magazine crossword, one day she will do one all by herself, we have faith.
6.Chris agrees to let Flic dye his hair, this was a mistake. Must admit I have got used to the gingerness now.
7.Insomnia continues.
8.Rachel and Emma attempt to make cookies…they just went slightly wrong. You couldn’t quite call them a disaster.
9.Kirsty and Claire invent a new form of tennis involving wooden spoons and a Tesco reciept, providing hours of entertainment for all, when the reciept evolves into plasctic ice cubes the realization that it wasn't such a good idea occurs.
10.The black eye ‘incident’ occurs-again not good especially when it emerges that its actually broken.
11.Claire receives a severe beating from Flic, why? Because Claire beat her at the Simpsons Road Rage on the playstaion, she still bears the scars.
12.The velvet penguin is dealt with by Kirsty- we believe crucifixtion was actually her being quite kind to it.
13.On several occasions we have decided to stay up all night and start drinking beer, or if particularly depressed vodka, at 4am. Not such a clever idea now we think about it.
14.Game shows such as the mint or our new favourite glitter ball become essential viewing. We could have made a fortune by now.
15.Flic elbows an old man in the face in Fat Sams, however she cannot remember this.
16.The discovery of free pies at Laings at halftime during the six nations matches causes great excitement.
17.Mike receives a ‘gash’ to the head.
18.Phil gets punched by a random psycho in a merc, on trip to the 24hr bakery, Kirsty does not want to risk her chips.
19.Sambucca becomes the new favourite drink. Some people do not react to it to well.
20.Flic goes on a wall punching spree and then wonders why her knuckle is fucked. Ah well blame it on the absenth.
21.Kirsty drinks a ten glass of vodka and is still by far the most sober.
22.Kirsty attempts the above trick again, this time it is not as successful.
23.Emma, Flic,Mike and Kirsty hide under the breakfast bar for an hour to surprise Claire, when she fails to emerge at expected time our mental state deteriorates and we start rocking back and forth dementedly while singing row row row your boat.
24.Flic and Chris Moyles’ cousin have a wee sing song.
25.Emma stands on plug- it was painful.
26.Noise complaints against our flat continue, funny thing is there is actually nobody in our flat at the time of the supposed noise.
27.The look of horror on our faces as we experience Hollyoaks’ new credits for the first time.
28.On a 5am trip to Tesco we decide to break a wall, that was fun. We have become true dundee scum now.
29.Chasing rabbits through a park while trying to avoid rabbit holes again at 5am.
30.Valentines night, flat 5 ends up thouroghly entertained by Kirsty’s antics. She wishes she could remember being so entertaining.
31.James, the rabbit, arrives, Flic throws tantrum when realizes he has been washed for the first time in 18 years and the chewing gum removed.
32.Mikes spiderman pasta shapes.
33.The highly entertaining McDonalds trip with a stoned Chris and Witchee.
34.Not going to bed before 4am at the earliest, this is if we go to bed at all.
35.Chocolate brownies outside Tesco at 7am.
36.Flic gets hit in face by book in Library, she hit me first.

your prediction was wrong, i had a stir fry actually...apparently the brymer household doesnt stock chicken and chips nnow that i dont live there.
umm as for the hair, its better than the floppy look.
some nice fresher managed to steal a few of our wheely bins last night and they are randomly dotted down seabraes! ha
know what really annoys me in the flat now?! that picture above the tv! all i see is that dog! ha
do i miss you?! well, considering you dont normally surface during the day, not so much, however, come 4pm onwards im bored bored bored! ha. seriously, dinner for one, tv for one, just me and the plant! ha. and ive still got a whoooooolllle week of being a loner!
my texts come tomorrow, so il be able to bug you constantly to keep updated on farmland goings on!

falling up the escalator is actually the comedy highlight of my life!
however the bruises are inconvenient! you clearly wanted to be like me, hence ur odd fall to bruise you own knees!
also, i am alone, the cat hasnt appeared since ive got home! ha
went to town, then had to go to tescos as the parents left me no food, so now im about to have tea, then get ready for the drama of emmerdale.......exciting stuff! x -

Robyn deleted her bebo, im not impressed! she sent me the best text today, and i have no credit, and now i cant even comment about it on her bebo so il need to wait alllll the way to monday!
also, im still huffing with you over the bin bag incident, and having to do all ur dishes from when i wasnt there! ha. i went to make a baked potato last night, and found an explosion of rice in the microwave, which im presuming was you in ur drunken state on tues/wed!
also, best pals with the joiner, even got a wee ride in the van back to the flat! ha. the lock is heaps better! so hopefully i wont get locked out next week!
i dont think i will be able to cope the whole week without you! ha. loner in the flat, come back to perth and a loner here, im clearly doing something wrong and forcing people to leave me all on my lonesome...
i hope you are keeping up to date with emmerdale! ha
