- oh dear...it really has been a while. and as i always say :
I'm really pants at updating my profile. So I'll keep it short.
Been a tough ride for the past little while, life's been the biggest rollercoaster i could ever have imagined but i've grown and experienced more in the past year and a half than i ever thought possible. i guess, in a weird way i could consider myself lucky. lucky for all the chances i've been given, lucky for all the love and support, lucky for the people i've met along the way and finally so unbelievably fortunate to see my 21st and be the best aunty ever to my sister's baby.. due any minute!
fully intending to get back to work in allsaints soonish, it's time to stop dossing about, life's too precious. after that, who knows, but i have a long time to think about it... art, fashion.... may even go back to medicinal chemistry and finish my masters... the world's my oyster and can't wait to experience it again.

the past year...
has been the biggest rollercoaster of my entire life.
who would've thought, from the little blonde 8 year old with curly hair and big blue eyes, i could bring anyones worst nightmares to life within my own head.
i had no idea i could be my own worst enemy, constantly fighting against horrible thoughts and sneaky, vile, devious thoughts.
i hate anorexia, i hate what she did to me, and what she's made me do to my friends and family. i can't believe she almost killed me, twice in a week, then caused so many blood test fuck ups that i almost went back to where i was about a year ago. i can't believe she sent me to a sheer prison...the priory.
never in my wildest dreams, did i think my head could be this messed up, but im determined now to get better. im SO fucking sick of being ill. iv been fighting like an absolute loon for over a month now, and never, ever have i been so mentally exhausted. getting out of bed is so frikkin hard now. but i know it has to be worth it.
it MUST be. a year ago, who ever would of thought i could sit down, to a normal christmas meal, eat my christmas chocolate, HAVE my cheese and turkey toasties, pigs in blanket sandwiches... all unweighed... eat sticky toffee pudding... but it's all because of this bastarding work. christmas is over now though. before i could fill my hours of mental turmoil doing art, making decorations, wrapping presents, doing things christmasy for other people, who all deserve to have a better christmas than me... or so "it" keeps telling me. what do i do now? what's the point?
jenni's baby is on the way.. i'll be aunty ali. yeah,great, i know i could be a great aunty but im terrified of being known as the illl aunty. i cant be that great an aunt if im preventing my family from being able to go visit a new born child. i'm like a new born child, so unsure of herself, incapable of making the right decisions, but im trying. really feking hard. but NOTHINGS changing.
all i am, is feeling constantly sick, im always looking like an ethiopian child with a distended stomach. my entire life feels like a binge, but i know i have to eat SO much to gain weight. i hate seeing the scales go up, i want to curl back up in a ball, feel small and inconspicuous again, fade away, like what i deserve... but not after iv come this far.
how the hell could she make me scared of vegetables? of fruit? of going outside cos im too scared that anyone bashes into me again and causes me to get a chipped bone. people outside are so cruel. two days ago, in m&s, some witch bashed into my hip bone with her trolley, full speed, almost knocked me over and actually made me loose my breath i was in so much pain. i hate this, and i can't stomach it anymore.
but i want to learn to drive, i want to be able to go back to uni, even though i probably won't. i want to do art, fashion.... infact, i want a normal social life outwith hanging out with over 50s. i want to be able to have children and i DONT WANT TO BE IN A WHEELCHAIR BY THE TIME IM 21!.its happening, with osteoperosis in my lower back and neck.
if i can be that determined to kill myself, destroy my body, then i can be this determined to get back to the "bright, bubbly, beautiful" alison i apparently once was. its got to be better than this. neway, iv been out of the priory for 7 months now, and all iv done is loose weight. its not cool.
BRING ON MY 21ST!
