Hey. I'm Sam. Most call me Walsh (because there are far too many Sam's in this world). To most, I'm kind of serious and quiet to the people who don't really know me... but those of you who truely know me, will know that I'm really not! I'm also rather relaxed. I love my sun and I love my beaches. I try to get down to my bach at Waihi Beach as often as I can and try get to Orokawa to skimboard whenever I can.
Yeah... I'm pretty into my skims.

OH an atm I'm also into some of my hip hop (old school style) like Jurassic Five, Gangstarr, Muph & Plutonic, Herbaliser, Blue Scholars, Common Market, DJ Shadow and a tad of The Roots. OH and my major fav style atm is Acoustic Hip hop like Shwayze.

Went to orokawa this wkend was sht as soo horrible soo rough, and somehow all the rocks were back in the estuary stream and there was a random dam in the estaury, destoryed that then learnt to do 720s and 900s spins, mean fun but the waves were amazingly bad!
why dont you private message me a number i can text to tell when well go to orokawa, as the high tide is at 3 in the morning both days prob go afta lunch, cuse got mountain biking sat mornin, and thats when the tide will start to come back in.
na barely any rocks only up the other end, and his boards fine, just a minor chip, mine got screwed on red beach in auckland(c pics) dont know how, cracked most of the side open, was gonna cost $80 to repair. almost half of what the whole thing cost, yeah then just got some expoy glue from bp for $15 , and now its sweet.
Sounds sweet, yeah my friend ryan who also got a wave skim slipped out from under the skim and it flew into a rock, gave it a good chip. If you are gonna go, i prob tell you on friday what time me and ryan will go this wkend, prob at high tide as thats when you get the best run up, slide up yeah
I think it was just windy, the waves were big and random, like side waves and everythin but we stil hit them, but they where like all white wash, went for a skim down at bowentown and was suprisingli good. Going there this weekend is well, its too much fun.
Went to Orokawa both days of this wkend wasent that great really rough and scary. But me and my friend found that estuary at the end of the beach and moved rocks out of the way of like this river thing and rode down the river around the corner and into the waves. Go check it out. When did you go to get those smooth as waves?
