Heya everyone i am Samia Ghadie! You probably all know me as Maria Sutherland in Coronation Street. My mum is a French-Lebonise diver, touring the middle east, that is where me and my brother Tariq were born.

I started acting at the age of 11, i was in a tv series called "Cracker". After that i made a sci-fi programme "Life Force" with Paul Fox, i also appeared in Heartbeat twice and cops and doctors and had to pretend to give birth! Then i beat Susanne Shaw and Kimberly Walsh to play the role of Maria Sutherland in Coronation Street.
