How come there is always an event that has to happen before America wages war on something (e.g. sinking of the RMS Lusitania, Pearl Harbor, Gulf of Tonkin and 9/11 attacks) and there is always something which can benefit America in the countries.

in 1980 before America invaded Afghanistan, 0% of the worlds heroin was produced, in 1986 after invasions, 80% of the world heroin production came form there. In 2000 with the rise of the Taliban, opium fields were destroyed and heroin production FELL BY 94%. After invasion in 2003, in 2007, heroin production rose to 90% and consistently breaks new records each year.
