I'm sick and tired of our proud race of young brutha's and sista's being oppressed by those that don't understand, those that don't approve or those that can't comprehend that just because we look different, sound different and/or act differently that somehow we are inferior, "bad news" or a burden on societies upstanding law abiding citizens.

We need to start making some changes in the way we look at ourselves and our community. I know being from dubbo that different tribes don't always get along just as major families don't always either but how can we expect anyone else to take us seriously if we dont take ourselves and each other seriously? How can we advance ourselves, gain social equality, make a better life for our future generations and to make the older generations proud if we are addicted to cigarettes, alcohol, narcotics and etc? We must wein ourselves off of these and gain back our INDEPENDENCE, DETERMINATION, DRIVE, FOCUS, AMBITION and PRIDE. If we can articulate what we need to achieve, what we want to achive and how we are going to achive these goals then we are half way to where we want/need to be. This IS achievable and we can excel at whatever we choose to.
