Did you know every 18 minutes a person commits suicide? Thats about 6200 people a month.
Not including the attempts, the attempts are one every 43 seconds.

Just to let you know that i have lost my best friend to suicide, just yesterday. The one person that i could tell everything to, the one person that would tell me everything as going to be ok, when i was crying my eyes out and now, he's gone..

Here, let me tell you a story. Just imagine that its just another normal day in your life, just going through the normal routine in your life or whatever, get up go to work or go to school without or worry in your head. Now Imagine that you happen to come home from school or from work or whatever, only to walk through the door and find your wife/mother has just taken her own life hours earlier and having no kind of idea what would drive her to leave behind a husband and two kids.

Imagine the kind of emotions that must be flowing through you right now, finding your wife/mother dead right before your eyes after a normal day. Just get a good picture of the description in your head right now.

Whatever shit in your life you are going through, put that aside and think about the people who have to live there life without knowing why, without wondering was it me, the children who have lost there mum's, the chilkdren that have lost there dads, the wives and husbands who have lost there partners, the parents that have lost there children. the feelings of guilt that they now have to live with..
