Soundtrack of my life
So, here's how it works:
1. Open your library (iTunes, Winamp, Media Player, iPod, etc)
2. Put it on shuffle
3. Press play
4. For every question, type the song that's playing
5. When you go to a new question, press the next button
6. Don't lie and try to pretend you're cool....because your not!
Opening Credits:
Beautiful- Smashing Pumpkins (so true....)
Waking Up:
James Bond Theme- Monty Norman Orchestra
First Day At School:
Raise the Dead- Bathory
Falling in love:
The English Patient- (some classical piece in the soundtrack of that movie)
Fight Song:
Are everything- The Buzzcocks
Breaking Up:
That joke isn't funny anymore- The Smiths (perfect)
Prom:
Inward Singing- Tenacious D
Mental Break down:
Again- Alice In Chains (*thumbs up*)
Driving:
Credence- Opeth
Flashback:
1979- Smashing Pumpkins (two SP songs, w00t!)
Getting Back Together:
End of the Night- The Doors
Birth of Child:
Addicted to Love- Robert Palmer.......NO! PICK ANOTHER!
Requiem:
Let's stay together- Al Green (don't even like this song, tis just on the Pulp Fiction Soundtrack)
Wedding:
Fake Plastic Trees- Radiohead (I must be marrying Robbie so!)
Final Battle:
Our lips are sealed- Fun boy 3 (no, just, probably not.....)
Death Scene:
Patterns in the Ivy- Opeth (from Fun Boy 3 to Opeth.....yeah, this is going to be one musically tacky movie!)
Funeral Song:
Queen of th Highway- The Doors (it starts with 'Queen of the Highway', goes into 'making his children', should be love song instead.)
Two Opeth, Smashing Pumpkins and Doors songs, I approve.0 Comments 896 days

I WANT YOU, to learn off the words to this song.
Science Fiction
Michael Rennie was ill
The Day the Earth Stood Still
But he told us where we stand
And Flash Gordon was there
In silver underwear
Claude Rains was The Invisible Man
Then something went wrong
For Fay Wray and King Kong
They got caught in a celluloid jam
Then at a deadly pace
It Came From Outer Space
And this is how the message ran...
Science fiction (ooh ooh ooh) double feature
Doctor X (ooh ooh ooh) will build a creature
See androids fighting (ooh ooh ooh) Brad and Janet
Anne Francis stars in (ooh ooh ooh) Forbidden Planet
Wo oh oh oh oh oh
At the late night, double feature, picture show
I knew Leo G. Carroll
Was over a barrel
When Tarantula took to the hills
And I really got hot
When I saw Janette Scott
Fight a Triffid that spits poison and kills
Dana Andrews said prunes
Gave him the runes
And passing them used lots of skills
But When Worlds Collide
Said George Pal to his bride
I'm gonna give you some terrible thrills
Like a...

Chris O'Connor29 weeks agoAs a man of theatre and a student of english, I do understand the importance of suspense.........but as a human being, the suspence is killing me!
Ok so you accepted my challenge. what will happen if you win? -
Cain Lynch30 weeks agoOf course they do, but let's not forget that the facts of the case may also include the fact that they did not show remorse when found guilty does this allow us to see them as an emotionless monster or someone who is resigned to their fate?? well let's just say it's more likely to be the former than the latter.........
-
Chris O'Connor30 weeks agoYes, that is a challenge!
Why do you have to wait till the next time you see me to tell me about these amazing things? I wanna know now!
-
Cain Lynch30 weeks agoYeah we love it but not because we're getting some immense truthful insight, it's more because we're given someone to hate........ Let's face it the culprit is always demonised in the press, I mean fair enough they probably deserve it and all that but do we get a fair perspective of them as a person?? no we get this pumped up idea of them as an evil psychopatic soceopath... Which in turn leads to them being condemned by society.... The basic story is lost in the demonisation, however minimal
-
Cain Lynch30 weeks agoWell, that is quite a good point but i find it hard to write anything about "real life" without it being heavily fictionalised fir example I recently wrote a story about Jan Pallach a Russian revolutionary who burned himself to death in order to make a point, kind of an eloquent suicide bomber really but did I stick to the facts?? eh no I wrote it from the point of view of a non-existant and didn't even give facts....... so the question i put to you is Can we give interesting accounts of real life events without heavily fictionalising them??
-
Chris O'Connor30 weeks agoNo, no. you'd have to try harder than that to scare me away
I've just been really busy with stuff like college and a show i'm doing etc. If I can, I'll try get down this week or the next. I didn't think I'd be missed. Did i miss anything interesting?
