- Just back from coaching in Washington D.C, what can i say apart from it was awesome.
My eyes have been well and truly opened to the difference in skill level between Usa and Scotland.
Had a great time over there coaching and gaining some knowledge of the game from some of the best coaches around.
Will def be going back next year, would recommend it to anyone.

- Bit of everything, except dance, can't stand dance music.
- Films
- I have lots of fav films. Like films that include Adam Sandler, that guy is a comical genius. My other fav films include White men can't jump and Coach carter. Too many to list really.
- Sports
- Basketball, Scottish Rocks, Football
- Scared Of
- Nothing Really.
- Happiest When
- Playing Ball. Especially with Glasgow Storm. I also enjoy coaching bball.

Blocking shot are your 1 priority!. you dont want people in your spot. but you can still make flashy dunks and shoot the ball in the Mid. great all around goodness!!
