What a day out in London for the stupid Lenin confernece. Started too early queuing for the mini bus at 7am. having to wait for jamesy to turn up half an hour late what a shocker son. Anyways normal motorway trip really stop off at a service for a wee and munch. Rhian gets silly cadbury shots and offers em around as you do. Gu decides to get butter fingers and drop his and this annoys the cleaners who gives me the dirtiest look this side of pluto. Anyways he comes to do his job and clean them up and out of the blue the single best comment in the world ever from Mochan "Thats what I call good service." The man looks at him and as he is walking off calls him a "Dickhead" Class act.

We get to London and park up in Kensington, posh part with half a tonne of business men and women. Get our tube tickets which is only over ground in that part of London :S. Anyways get on the next train and off we head, it's around half 9 at the mo, conference at 11. Simple really, well not in our case while sat happily on the tube going past Wembley Brown realises we are going the wrong well. So we hurry to get off and on to the next tube going the other way, after a 20 mintue we head back then have to change again. We get on the right tube this and head off to trendy Camden. During this whole time me and rhian are searching for Russ Tannen around London We eventually arrive to our lecture half an hour late. These had to have been the single most boring thing since ever.

The lectures don't bring up much expcept for Gu falling asleep twice and caning his pad on the floor top notch. Go for lunch and find a Kebab house, which I must say did the shittest kebab in the world, so we get our stuff and sit down but get kicked out cos you can't eatc chips in the restaurant. Back for more lectures and Gu nods off again a couple of times but to be fiar we all do. Then the best part of the day the treck home.

While walking back for the tube we get handed free newspapers and on the front is the budget report. To which I am disgusted about the hike in alcohol tax. So i shout " 4 pence on a pint of beer." Normal you may think but noooo some lads from some silly place, Up North, decide to take the mick out of my accent and bring tractors into the equation. This annoys me but yes i get ribbed for a hell of a lot.

The tube journey started off normal got on the right train this time. But then some busker dude. He was the outcome of a bum and a good amount of Smart Price Vodka. So he starts singing and playing his guitar which he did eqaully badly with. The video is on you tube and the link will be up soon. So we get back to the mini bus just to discover that Brown left the lights on all day. Flat battery what a bummer. So we try to start it but it doesn't then we play the waiting game for the RAC to sort us out. Which was a good laugh and then we get going with one piece of information "don't stall or it won't start again." Off we set home and the song of the day was Torn on the platform sung so many times. The bus home was just one great piss take of course my " 4 pence a pint" came up a load and then the stories of staff golf trips come into it always a good thing

Just a few last things then i'll shut up. Mr Brown has a great taste in music chorus of Wonderwall on the motorway along with many beatles belters. A good tip in life "Young men in traffic jams will always try to get the attention of good looking women in cars" Torn on the platform is amaxzing Rhian loves it. Finally the best bit of the journey on the way back to school on the A419 i have a master stroke to text Hannah. She loves Russ Tannen, who doesn't, I pretend to be him and send her a nice text. Anyways she rings Rhian and is well happy about it. This makes me feel bad i'm sorry Hannah one day you will have Russ.
