      The fairy tales of the Brothers Grimm are turned on their heads in this fast-paced, rollicking ride as two narrators and several actors attempt to combine all 209 stories ranging from classics like Snow White, Cinderella, and Hansel and Gretel to more bizarre, obscure stories like The Devil’s Grandmother and The Girl without Hands. A wild, free-form comedy with lots of witches, goblins and more princes than you can shake a stick at; it is simply bursting at the seams with audience participation and madcap fun. If you like The Reduced Shakespeare Co. you will love this!
      This fantastic show is brought to you by Chattyboo Productions, The people who brought you “The Importance of Being Earnest”, “Moll”, and “The Children of Lir”. With a wonderful cast which includes Adrian Scanlan, Angela Newman, Annette Roche, Marie O’Donovan and Ali Keane under the direction of George Hanover, with brilliant costumes and creative set, this show promises to be the ultimate Halloween treat.

      Gertrude is the part.

      We're not doing a pisstake. We're still keeping to the original text as Shakespeare wrote it. However we've modernised the story. Hamlet is now an angsty teenager. All the themes of death, suicide, family, trust, neglected love etc. are still there, but our character choices give the existing themes a more modern approch.

      A cast member has unfortunately pulled out due to a serious illness in the family. It's not the end of the world, but of course, with a month to go you'd need a lot of time to devote to rehearsals, so I understand if your too busy.       Ya Halloween was funny alright, it was kelly's birthday and she insisted on fancy dress. Sat night is my birthday and Tim is home to celebrate his graduation. Prob kick off bout 8.30 but of course pop in anytime you can if ur free. Love to see u. Venue is up for debate. Was the Roundy but i think Tim wants somewhere a bit bigger so not quite sure. Chris is gona check and see what he can get. Roundy is already reserved so might just have to be there but ill keep you posted! x
