So as i left you we were flying to Alecante airport with the mother of three wee devils in front of us on the 2 hour flight which was actually a 3 hour flight.
So we reach Alicante and find our bags which are always the last out and secondly theres the old babies bottle goin round and round with no one willing to claim it. So we head for the doors out to our bus. We meet aline for somethin so we start Qin, it turns out its some rep telling us which bus to get on. We are then told that the bus will only drop us off at a hotel half a mile away called Rio Park Hotel.
So we have to lug our Bags through a new town to a hotel which we haven't a clue where it is. So we say we're unhappy and get on the bus anyway, the buss takes a total of 45 minutes to travel from Alicante and then its the job of stoppin off at each hotel that these neds are stayin at.
Aventually we reach Rio Park and my old mother asks how we get to our Hotel, to which the Rep replies
'Oh, the bus will take you no worries.' so we sit back down and we take another 45 minutes to get to Los Torrez Garden Apartment. We get off and we're happy so far not long to go and i'll be comatose on my bed. Now its 5 in the morning and we buzz the porter or what ever they call the person who books you in so 15 minutes after we buzz a wee old Spaniard apears. He seems nice enough and we wait as we wait to be booked in.
'Ah! He says you are 5,1, the aprtment with Pool View.' Says the wee man, Great i thought can't wait. So up the elivator and off to bed i go.
So thats the first most stressful peace of the holiday, alls good so far. SO i wake up at about 11 or 12, i'm not sure as i hadn't changed my watch yet to spanish time. I'm the only bugger in the apartment cause my mum and sis are up at 8 and out at 9 exploring, only the gods know how they can do that after 3 hours sleep. anyway i look about the flat and its quite good better than i thought it would be, i thought it would be a front door with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and balcony with table and chairs. But its got more a living room with a coach which turns out to be a bed too, theres also a pay as you View telly too, even better. Now when we arrived we just went off to a room and slept. i had got a noce room that went on to the balcony, very nice, the matress was good to.
So i go out onto the balcony to see what this pool looks like, so i get out and look down and may i just say that this pool was brilliant, it was in the sun it had sun beds and it was abour 25ft by 25ft, perfect! it was possible gonna be the largest pool i had had with a hotel. However, on closer inspection i notice that thers a road between our hotel and the pool, and that thers no entrance on this isde either, it is in fact an apartment with a pool view, SOMEONE ELSES!!!! But i don'r care as i saw the pic of our pool in the net and thought no worries ours is a good one from what i remember. So i head of down to the pool white as a milk bottle and carin my towle MP3 and my book. when i find the pool it's slightly dis apointing. I would say that if a had urinated on the floor i could have made a bigger puddle that what was classed as our pool. it was about 6ft by 10ft, not only that but it was fool of kids screaming and shouting and not only that but do you remeber the 2 Fat SLags out of the Viz? They were there too in the pool, one with fag in mouth.
No worries says me i'll just go have a walk about and see what there is. By this time my families back and they show me the sights. Now for loctaion i could say it was perfect at the bottem of the road were 4 pubs, the main town was 2 minutes away and the beach was 5 minutes away, the location was perfect. NOw my opinion was rising, i was thinking that piss puddle they call a pool can't make it that bad this is great.
Now i could bore you with the details day afyer day but i'm not i'm just gonna have my say on what i notice about us Brits on holiday and the parts which stood out for me on my holiday

i´ve never written a blog before for 2 reasons 1. never had the time and 2. never been bored enough.
well i´m waiting in a hotel in benidorm at 9 for a bus to the airport at 1 for a flight at 4, so i´m bored and here we go.

7 days ago i started my second trip abroad, my first bein turkey in june, and we arrive at Glasgow airport with all the neds of Glasgow waiting to fly to sunny Benidorm. honstly i thought we were the only livingston peps there. as you espected therewas alot of kids there too, makin the idea of a simple 2 hour flight that bit more depressing.
Also i had not had any sleep since 4am the same morning, it was now 10 pm. Fairly easy to see that i was proble not the best traveling companion. Anyway we bored the flight and we find our seats behind half of Glasgows toddlers and their mother, so calmly and cooly we sit down and hope the flight was goin tobe smooth.
Those wee toddlers by the way wear we torags by the way and that 2 hour flight turned out to be a 3 hour flight, the joy. we reached the hotel by the way at 5:30am in the morning, tired and brumpier. Bed straight away and i was happy.
NOw from my when we arrived the night before we were told it was the apartment with the view of the pool, and what a great pool, just not ours. we had a pool the size of my bath at home just a bit deeper. and it was infested with kids and the Two fat Slags out of the Viz comic. Now i was slightly disapointed, but hay who cares its a free holiday.
