      basically the last yr i studied travel was hell and i have just had 2 ppl 4rm that coruse contact me. i dnt blame etheir of them but blame my dad and myself 4 the hell i expericed. i blame myself cos if i wasn’t a loner my life wouldn’t had been hell then and blame my dad cos he didn’t help matters. also i have had a doctor tell me i’m not eating recently wen i have.

      all i can nw think of is that yr. bk then i was scared 2 eat and sit down @ college. i used 2 pig out @ home nw i always pig as i’m scared of nt eating again and apartly i’m not. my gran went 2 the doctor thinking i’m not eating wen i’m pigging. i’ve been scared of loneyness in the last few months cos of a gal @ college treating me and i think t also brings it bk 2 my mind.

      i have just took it out of my g.parents and i’m sorry if i take it out on u.

      i sat up late last night rethinking the after i thought of them bout 3 weeks aso and wrote them out. i use SMARTER instead of SMART 2 think of goals i can keep wiv God's help. SMARTER IS - Specificaic, Mesusure ur success, Action plans, is it Realisic, Time Frame, Expections that may make me adjust them, Revelation (Bible passages 2 help me along the way.

      my 2 Sprital Life Goals

      1. Stop Swearing (i kno this is an old 1 but i stuggle wiv this 1 probs cos idk wot other words 2 use lol) i hope 2 achive this by 2nd Feb.no way will i condiser adjustments on this 1 as this must b my 8th yr trying that and praying bout this issue.

      2. Get Closer 2 God (i mean this and kno cares if i'm a Jesus freak lol) this yr i will mesure it by praying bout probs and probs less negative blogs as i hope i will worry less. hope u all happy bout this 1 cos i am. i hope 2 achive this in God's tym frame not mine lol and i will not recondsier this @ all as i have God 2 help me wiv this 1.

      my other ppl goal

      2 4give ppl easier esp @ college lol - God's time frame again lol and deff won't consider adjustments lol

      my leiure goal

      go bed on time plus drink less coffie/cola or anythimg else wiv caffine in lol so i dnt get treid @ college and whille working. i hope 2 achive this by 2nd feb and keep it going lol.

      1. pass Level 1 and satrt Level 2 Childcare - i kno i need 2 focus n my spelling as well as on my classes to pass but relle giving it everything i have 2 pass and hopfuly get a distiction. yea it is realistic.

      2. achive predents club if demend lets me make y sales. i kno this 1 is looking very high but i'm giving it a go lol.
