3km run update
pretty pleased with the way training is going tired as hell but I managed to shave just over 3 minutes off the last result 14 minute 52 secs I can only imagine that its going to get harder oh well hopefully beep test result will improve this weekend0 Comments 683 days

it took me 3 days to recover from the 3km run ... which is pretty amusing given that at one stage last week I thought I was capable of doing both the 3km run and the beep test on the same day bahaha oh well the beep test was something of a failure got to level 7 and for those of you who arent familiar with the test a level 7 basically means that im fit enough to play a full on game of hide and go seek .... I guess if i was to draw any positives from the outcome it would be that it wasnt too bad given i had 2 ciggies as a warm up (YEP STILL CHUFFING AWAY ON CANCER STICKS) oh well its a start still 3 weeks away from the real thing. I guess Junior "the Muss" Afele was right after all too much weights not enough speed-work

Lol, Im working for a debt recovery agency not with Kellys thou, Its awesome Cos i work by myself! haha. Well im going to Church with one of my friends in Southport he runs a youth thingy kind of thing there so il go check that out. Movies today i think I havent been to the movies for ages! honestly im to unpatient cant sit still for that long!
