Me, Myself, and I
I have been with my beautiful wife Andrea since I was 16, we have been married for 11 years and have 2 gorgeous children Jack and Cerys. My family is my life. I love being a Dad!
I have been running a coffee and baguette shop in Cardiff for 11 years.
I have done some running, a couple of fun runs the great north run and the Cardiff marathon.
I love to sing and have fronted a few rock bands. I do miss it but it takes up so much time! Maybe next year...

Love most types of music and as I'm getting a little older my tastes are widening but I still love the good old rock!
Films
Love movies too, I'm a real kid inside, love most comic book films, also Lord of the Rings, Star Wars etc, also love films like pulp fiction and true romance. Love John Cusac Movies and even watch the musicals... erm... with the wife! Looking forward to Eragon this Christmas... good book.
Sports
Enjoy watching Rugby (WALES), Boxing, Football (ARSENAL). I ran a marathon in 2005.

Also love days out with my family and getting rat arsed at parties!
