well, well, well!!!!!
it's all over. I did the 13.1 miles!!!!
got to 10 miles and my knee went PING!!! PAIN!!! but i hobbledeejoggedeed on and I bloody did it!!
so proud of myself. only today i have been able to walk wiv out lookin like robo cop from the hips down! lol!
just had a virgin vie party and had a luuurvly glass of wine and a foot spa.. very nice. i'd recommend u to have one. good fun and a good excuse to hace a cpl o bevvies!!!!

OMG!!! big day tomorrow. my calf and akelies tendon is still not hundred percent, but wot the hell im going for it 9am tomorrow i lll be speeding round cardiff probably in pain. good luck me!

Had a bit of a crap week, Ive been worn out and suffering from exhaustion. So had friday and saturday off from running, went out for a few wiv Bill on friday.. felt so much better for it! Alcohol is fab medicine, yum yum xx

Jack plyed rugby against Newbridge today. He is on a fab team, Pontyclun won 65-5!!!! How cool is dat?

Went to Cosmeston for a walk and fed the ducky birds with our friends.
Got back and got ready for a run. After 2 miles something went wrong, my calf muscle started hurting like bloody hell.Think ive pulled a muscle. To top it off it started piddling it down and I had to hobble home. GREAT! Feeling dead depressed and down about it now, 14 days til the big day and I have a flaming injury.
