AT THE MOMENT ... LIFE IS ON A DEEP HIGH IN A DEEP VALLEY IN A DEEP STATE OF THE MIND WITHIN THE IMPULSE OF MY BRAIN.... walking across the valley of the wind ( my back door and sacred area)
chilling out with different bands and cool people across mid wales ... finding all the nice people to enter my life and getting rid of people who drag me down in life.

trippy mushroom jazz/rock including PINK FLOYD SUBLME are probally one of my favourite bands ever.. just because it was always around on 1 hot sunny summer in st davids , argh nice memories.. also i love the emotion that brad nowell puts into the singing (40 ounces to freedom ROCKS) Bob marley , (what a peaced out man) i also love a good bit of loud drum and bass ta dance to at festys ( like the workhouse , that was ace ) pendulum are fucking amazing , and i also love acoustic music ( this is probally one of my favourte types of music ta chill out to and to reflect to ) including: jack johnson ... what a down to earth nice guy , Nick drake for those amazingly relaxed songs , jose gonzalez for keeping acoustic music alive...trojan mod reggae is just sooo good , fair plays ta bedouin soundclash for keeping reggae alive ( sweet singing )..

Pulp fiction, The Beach ( i must find that place in thailand), i love all of them classic pixar film (like toy story)
Sports
i lurve playing my electric guitar but mainly enjoy playing acoustic guitar and singing especially with really good mates .. keyboard with lotsa really nice effects is real satisfyin compared to the piano .. spacey stuff .. PING PONG .. p.s gutta beat dad at that !! , bitta footy every now and againg for old times sake and of course HALO 2 is a sport in itself (perfected that one) swimming .. running along beaches, walking through the hills of time

im on in a hill in my valley either listening ta music or just reflecting on life , when im chilled out is always nice.. (wrecked) in a field or on a beatiful beach (reef) somewhere peaceful with my mates n i also lurve watching tha stars (with my gurd friend ROSIE simnett and Leah: i luv ya really:) i like chilling with me home boy TROY ( i literally live there haha) and saxon.. playing music makes me well happy and feel inspired for life.. doing art is a big part of my life as im from a musical and artistic background .. i luv really deep chats ( LIKE THE 4 HOUR ONE BOUT JUST HOW THE WORLD WAS CREATED AND HOW HUMANS ARE SOOO FUCKING INTELLIGENT

      Ah the good old days of doing nothin. Hey man how have you been its been time! what are you up to now??
      Im still ticking away in the far east my contract is up in July so maybe head to korea for a bit or maybe just some place new in china. its been over 2 years since i set foot in the uk. i dont think my mind is what it once was.
