- The way rock was is dead, we are all too busy mourning its passing than helping it's children develop. Orphaned genres of the titan that was rock lie cold, hungry and unheard, waiting for someone to come and guide them through the darkness. Without the fans the music is nothing, without the music the fans are nothing. We all need to allow this mourning to stop, never forget the old ways of rock, they gave us all we know and educated us to where we are today musically. We cannot allow a want of the past to ruin the future.
Hip-hop is on life support, it has become bloated from injections of Carefully structed pop and now resembles a 70 year old plastic surgery addict. The heart is still very alive, beating at the core, but the surface has become to important and the heart has been fogotten. the plug cannot simply be pulled, it is not in our hands, but the ability to heal is.
