- Bri has managed to move to Dublin but still live in cork. His current hobbies include being a slave to "the man" (GW) and buying minatures at rediculusly cheep prices.

Actually if you had something like that in place before warpcon, even just handing the address to everyone who participates at warpcon would be a good start.
Even just a forum or a mailing list, with a sign up sheet in realms might do the trick. Although we'd be buried under mounds of munchies.
