- My Name is Leigh Alderson, I am a Professional Ballet Dancer. I Began Training At THe Donna Whitten Dance Studio and The Susan McMillan Ballet School.
I Then Went To The Royal Ballet School. Whilst There I Was Asked To Travel To Many Countries To Perform Pieces And Even Perform My Own Choreography, In Palermo, Italy, Stuttgart and Canada.
I Have Also Won Sevral Awards -

- Meeting amazing people, feeling real depth and range of emotions, dancing well, dancing full stop, Just been paid, traveling, showered and in bed, dreaming, choreographing, out and dancing in clubs, showing off, kissing people i find hot, getting my own way, having a debate - possibly heated, in love, being loved, in the process to finding love, capturing a random act of beauty that only i can see- someone helping someone less fortunate than themselves - a beautiful site- sunset ect, listening to music, choreographing, helping other people.

TO CORK AND BACK....
Ballet... its not an easy life..... its a brilliant story, but no means a perfect one.....
Im back from working as a Principal Ballet Dancer For Cork City Ballet, and i dont want to leave.
You know you life is good, when you meet a group of people you could happily live with for a good couple of years..
I hate it, its a staple in a dancers life, when you move around, to keep your heart closed and work! dont get attached because , your only going to have to leave them again.
I dont know how many amazing people i can leave and not have by my side anymore...
I love being flighty, and all over the place and doing my own thing, SPONTANEITY!!
But Sometimes! Sometimes, Stability is a divine thing.
I wish i could bring my friends to me and the people i love with me and the people i care about near me.

Hey 'y'all !! jus t back from London and im POOPED!
Had my photoshoot with cool new photographer Bertil Nilsson!
in the famous Singer BRIAN ADAM's house in his private studios!
was very cool! and the make up and hair was done by chief make up artist to the stars
DARREN EVENS, he has done the sugababes for their video ' changes'
dannii minogue and Maggie Smith to name a few
it was great and i should hopefully have the shots up soon to view in my gallery

Hi Leigh,
I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate u in ur successive dancin career. My daughters Maeve and Aimee attended ur master classes in the summer at Donna's and they reallly enjoyed and benefited from the experience. I read ur blog page and was glad to c how much u supported donna on the past not so nice events!!!! Its sad to c sum people hav forgotten were they came from and who got them ther!! All our children dance for enjoyment and get a great social life from it. Its an added bonus if they get any further but enjoyin it is what really matters.
