    • An old incantation

      I honestly don't know how I truely feel at this very moment. So i'll write something creative just to distract me from my ambiguous feelings and maybe to help others who may feel the same as i do..

      It's an old incantation that I learned from my gOod ol' friend Tony Robbins! :L Here's the words;

      "Every day,
      every way,
      Im feeling better and better,
      Yes!"

      repeat these words while walking.concentrate on the words and not how silly you feel saying it... Oh, and if you wanna know the breathing technique it's; breathe in 4times through the nose and 4times out through the mouth.tapping your figers with your thumb as you breathe in and out..

      Well, here ya go! that's the old incantation! :P

    • sprained ankle..

      I went to school today- as usual. Only the weather is not at its best... its been raining since the moment I woke up which made me feel lousy throughout the whole day. I ran to the bus stop to catch the earliest bus that comes. Just what I needed- Takapuna bus just came out of nowhere as soon as I arrived- what a heaven sent!!I thought to myself, maybe its not a bad day after all.. My schoolmate, Naume was also in the bus so we got off at the same stop and started walking to school together but the weather was getting worse so we run to the nearest bus stop to catch a bus that goes in the campus. hehe. as soon as we reached the bus stop, we were already soaking wet. I felt lyk going home already coz my socks were wet!(I don't mind getting wet in the rain as long as my feet are dry.. not very fond of wet socks feeling!) But I kept my cool:) I didnt wanna ruin my whole day for such a petty grievance. that's when everything started...
      Naume and I waited for about 15mins. til the first bus arrives but it didnt stop for us(buMMer!).So we waited again for another one..and waited and waited... after about 45mins. of waiting that seemed like forever.. Naume already made up her mind that she's going home. I reached uni but I was already an hour and a half late(mayn, I dont like being late, good thing I dint have lectures today!)..But yea, I told myself I'll make it up so I skipped my break and went straight to the library to have an early start for my next paper but half an hour had passd my class still wasnt there. I searched and found them in the computer lab. Then I got kicked out of the room by that librarian coz I was too late.. sO yea, That was basically my day..
      oh, and to top it all, I walking back to the bus stop when the rain started pouring down hard, my cellphone says "lowbatt" and then I slipped and sprained my ankle-so i started limping back home! How ironic.. I felt like a character from a book or a movie.Hehe.

      Oh at least I bought a cake to cheer me Up a bit! hehe! and JOn was there to listen to what happened to me. So praise GOD!! :D
