Mary-Kate Olsen and Ashley Fuller Olsen (born June 13, 1986) are American actresses. Both have appeared in television and films since infancy. Since then, they have continued their celebrity through numerous television programs, films, interviews, as well as commercial endorsements. They are fraternal twins but prefer the term individual pair. Ashley Olsen has retired from acting for now and is consentrating on the twins fashion lines Elizabeth and James and The Row, whilst Mary-Kate Olsen has decided to continue acting by herself and is appearing two new films, Beastly and Meskada which will be released in 2010.
