A lot of stuff, good and bad, comes and goes.
I get discouraged, but then I just pick myself up again.
I hope I can continue to do this because sometimes I just get so damn down I don't know if I can swim to the surface anymore.
For anyone reading, whether you're the unappreciated best friend, if you're the person of disdain, peachy-keen-happy-go-lucky fighter, the never-quite-hitting the bottomless pit addict of whatever, the over-angst-filled kid that is perpetually dragging just yourself down, the full of zeal do-good who wants to help everyone, the arrogant asshole who just gets by, the one who feels on top of the world-live life to the fullest, the apathetic ambiguous being letting life pass them by without knowing why, the average jane/joe, or anything left unsaid...always know that there is a way out. Despite anything you may think. What could be the worst possible thing in the world [at this moment] will eventually heal up and you'll move on.
You may never forget it,but it will pass.
Life throws curve balls, sometimes racquetballs, but c'est la vie.
Nothing is promised in life except death.
Sometimes we all need a little help here and there, no matter how independent you are...
Sometimes breaking away from something familiar might be what you need, no matter how dependent you are...
Life is either too short or too long to live with regret or guilt.
I'm not saying don't have a conscience, live everyday like it's your last---cause face it, it's a little hard to do that.
Just do what makes you content, change it up a little.
Pick a flower, lay in a field, meet someone new, go someplace different, help someone who needs it, lend an ear, vent, learn something, regardless of who you are or what you do---there's always something that can help. You just have to find it.
Regardless of how dependent or independent, no one and nothing can make you ultimately do anything but yourself.
You may need manipulation or persuasion, but it is your decision.
