12: No boyfriends or girlfriends are to move in. They may stay a few nights or stay temporarily while they are looking for a new flat, but are not to move in permanently. If you need some love, look to another flatmate. However, do not let the girlfriend or boyfriend know.
13: House partys are to be confirmed with other flatmates before hand.
14: Shotgun over rules all reasoning. No matter what, the person who shotguns something first, gets it.
15: Everything is shotgunnable, unless this conflicts with rule number 16.
16: Democracy household, majority wins. Laura will most likely be in the minority for everything. Handle.
17: As soon as someone gets on a highhorse and starts yelling, other flatmates have the right to pick them up, and chuck them out of the house and lock all doors. Sorry Laura, get used to the cold.
18: You can have the last beer, or the last piece of pizza. Not both. Thats just greedy.
19: Descriminating is perfectly acceptable. If you cant handle, find a new flat.
20: Anyone who tells a joke and either screws it up or is not laughed at, must go for a nude run to the end of the street and back.
22: You need only two tools. CRC and duct tape. If it doesn't move and it should, use CRC. If it moves and shouldn't, use the tape.
23: If at first you don't succeed, try again. Then quit. No use being a damn fool about it.
24: Never delay the ending of a meeting or the beginning of the cocktail hour.
25: The last person that left or was kicked out of the flat will be held responsible for everything that goes wrong.
26: No one is to order 10 big macs, 5 large chips, 8 chocolate sundaes, 15 apple pies, 4 large supershakes and diet coke. The dietness of the coke does not erase the rest of it.
27: Allblacks game is the number one priority. Everyone must show up for game night. If we lose, we act like we missed the game.
28: We did water the plants. They died anyway. Nobody knows why this happens.
