When she thought he was asleep,
on his back she wrote in a heap,
the words, i love you boo.
And when she least expected it,
he turned around and said,
i love you too.

But the love they had didnt' last long,
For their relationship was never strong.
No longer could they pretend,
Their trust was now in no man's land.

Little did they know that fate,
Only had plans for them to be mates.
Now she wonders how long it'll take
for her to get over her heartbreak.

its been a while since i wrote one of these things..

life's been interesting recently..not everythings been great..in fact i've realised that being a true friend to someone can be one of the hardest things to do.. not because friendship needs trust, love communication and everything along those lines..but when some things happen to a friend and you truely love them.. and you're in a position where you can't really do anything to help them. the feeling of helplessness is heavy. not like a burden on your shoulders to carry. but a burden on your heart. You get so use to friends being there for you, always having a shoulder to cry on.. or not having a shoulder to cry on.. but you can never get use to the feeling of being helpless to a friend.

i've always tried to be there for people. Always tried to be the one people can rely on. the person that people come to. but what do you do when a person comes to you and you can't do pretty much anything to help them. You're watching them collapse but you dont have the strength to hold them up cause no ones there to help you. The feeling of sick to your stomach doesn't even describe the feeling of when you hear not good news from a close friend.. i dont know. maybe the sense of wanting to be part of someone's life can be a downfall than a strength.

i always try to give every relationship, friendship 100%..but do i get it back? i'm not sure. i guess the answer is yes. which is where i get close genuine friendships. Friends i know i can txt or talk to when things are all wrong. But can i genuinely say i have more than 5 people i can talk to with things like that.. not really no. So much for you're an awesome friend and everyone loves you and you know everyone and everything.. lolza's. Good times there..love how i always get blamed for gossip when everything i've said has been from the person's mouth or i've tried to clear it by asking the person straight whether it's true.. If that's gossip then sure..i'm guilty..i've always been guilty for it..not expecting it to stop either..

Speaking towards a specific friendship..i've always given you my everything. whenever you needed me i was here. whenever you were down i was there..Even just being your convenient friend i was happy. Just still to be part of your life. To be part of you. But little did i realise that i was growing up, and i expected you to grow up with me but only now do i realise that my expectations of you was way to high. I forgot your true age..that you were so much younger than me. That it was my own fault i was feeling the way i do because i got too attached to you. You were never mine to begin with and never will i have. I never thought i could let you go but maybe someone else has already taken your place. I don't know where i truely stand well that might be a lie cause you told me last night.

Friendships come and go..but i guess that saying comes into play right..one person leaves your life someone else replaces it.. but i dont really think it's as simple as that. Not if the word love has been used. The word love is soo under-rated and so overly used that i think it's lost its true meaning. Love is when you've given away a small part of your heart you can't get back. you're willing to give anything to that person and you're never gonna get that part of you back. You'll always feel connected to that person and always care even if they're not part of your life anymore..Love is real. It involves true emotion and heart. It's not really a word i wanna just throw around easily..at least not anymore.. because..love is hard. Being a true friend is hard. Life is hard. Maybe i dont want to make it harder for myself anymore..

some of my friends have heard me say that i wanna be a loner and just isolate myself from everyone cause it just seems soo much easier.. but that's the thing isnt it.. i have loved and still love so many ppl that my heart is so attached to..how am i suppose to let go.. how am i suppose to just act
