Are you perhaps referring to the chicken puzzle? It's simpler than you think. You'll hate yourself when you realise! I hated that one. And the "FOOD" matchstick one. Couldn't work out how to make an F.

I'm just taking a break from my Finance "group" assignment. I say group, but none of my group members turned up today, so I was left to do it myself. I hate the fact that these people profit from my hard work. Grr. Oh well. Almost done.

Just as a random conversation point, what do you think about this new FMA? I'm still unsure if it'll work. I love the old series too much.

I love both those series. Though they're taking their time with the Layton games. I got bored, assumed they weren't getting released in Europe, and imported the first one. But even in America they're taing forever to release them.

Can't be long until you come up now. A few days, right? I sadly have a beast of a law essay to get through in the next fortnight (Data Protection Act, woohoo!), though I'll try to meet up with you as soon as possible.

I'm glad Freakazoid is catching on, though WB doesn't seem too keen on releasing the second season any time soon. Too early to kick up a fuss, but it will make me very sad indeed if they don't release it. It's bad enough that they couldn't be bothered finishing Animaniacs after 75 episodes of dedication from yours truly. Grr. Tokyopop "indefinitely-hiatus"-ed the Beck manga too. People don't appreciate my dedication enough.
I hope you feel better soon, and get through your workload. That combination sucks. I still have three weeks of uni, so I'll still be in the middle of it all when you come up here, but I'll definitely arrange to see you!
Anyway, I'm off to start an assigment. I promised myself I'd finish it in three days.

Life's been quite busy for me, too. I've had assignment after assignment, though I only have about two or three (we'll say 2.5) to finish before Christmas. I've also been kept busy with my youth work - running clubs, organising weekend trips and Christmas parties. My schedule's been quite full!
I actually had an interview recently, which shocked me! It's at a respite home for children with mental disabilities and learning difficulties. Still to hear back from them - here's hoping.
I haven't played an RPG in ages. Not enough time to fully enjoy them right now. I've been playing platformers like Rayman 3 (I know you're a Rayman 1 purist, but the sequels are pretty good =P) to keep me from going mad. No RPGs coming out that I want, either. Maybe Chrono Trigger on the DS...

I agree - For Good, and I'm Not that Girl both reminded me of choir, but yeah I love Defying Gravity and Dancing Through Life as well!

It was mild most days, cept the last day which was absolutely freezing! Not in a bad way though, just a wrap up warm wintery way!

And yup - basically I just did shopping and sightseeing. Fab fab fab! We can bond over it when you get back!

I'm really enjoying Chaos;Head because the main character reminds me of myself in that they care far too much about the "2D world" as opposed to real life. Plus, the plot is pretty hilarious, and it ticks almost all the boxes in terms of being Sam-watchable, if that makes sense.

To be honest though, I do realise I just watch crap, and as long as it has an everyman main character and somehow involves school and comedy, it's usually good in my opinion. Or even stuff like Lucky Star or whatever that's just funny anyway.

Yeah, my PS2 pwns quite a bit. Swapping discs is a bit of a pain at times, but it's better than illegally chipping the console, and doesn't void warranty. ;O

I'm watching what I'm watching because I hate having nothing to watch, and I hate watching series that last too long, although I wish the ones I do watch would last longer than 13 eps. =.=;

Been playing Badminton with noobs, mostly. People I can 2v1 with no prior lessons, who've been playing for several years... Not much fun really. Squash seems interesting, except that you can't really beat a wall, seems a bit ridiculous unless you're practicing power shots, lol. I love tennis though, so I'd play that. Good job on learning more Japanese, I'm not improving so much myself as I am having fun with making retarded sentences constructed of whatever I learn.

I'm going to apply to the Caledonian, because they have not bad graphic design courses, but I'll look elsewhere as well. Maybe apply to the art school just to test my luck. ;O;'

Oh, and Kannagi is hilarious in my opinion. Akane-iro ni Somaru Saka is pretty crappy, yeah, but it's watchable, and I love having loads to watch.
