Glitter is about allsorts! basically its about mariah whos grown up with tragedy all around her, including being taken away from her mother cos she was a druggie. then she was found by a producer who found she had an amazing voice and she did well in the music industry, ended up falling in love with him, then after lots of arguments and drama he dies
( and mariah sings a beautiful song in the end which makes me cry (i dont cry in titanic but i do in glitter!) LOL it got MEGA bvad reviews but it will always be remembered as a camp classic 
And rent sounds cool. is it a documentary??
