well about me Iam 27yrs old and am a child of the Living King and Savior Jesus Christ. I have been a Chef for the past couple of years and working with a Christian resort in the ADK Mountains of NY state, But now the time has come for a move my tent is packed and I have the mandate from the Lord to move to NYC home sweet home, were I will be continuing in the Culinary field with a catering company in Manhattan. well this is me and a small update. Heres a recipe
Pineapple marinade scallops W/ cured pork and dates
1o scallops, 2cups pineapple juice, 1tsp salt. 3slices cured pork diced, 3/4cup of dates. marinate the scallops add salt then in a pan cook the pork and dates add a1/4 cup of pineapple juice and cook then in a separate pan sear scallops no juice cook and plate then add the pork and dates to plate over the scallops. serve with grilled asparagus. enjoy.

    • time is drawing near.

      well my friends time for me here is drawing to aclose coming this October it looks like i am moving back home. I have a few options and i am trusting God to open this door. but in all its going to be awsome and iam stoked in this man this is a journey. but in all God's leading is amazing though it seems like God whats going on but then again i remember i am sheep and hes my shephard. So this is something going on in my life. just incase u like to know. in him alone and yes we are blessed and highly favores by the King.

      well well to any and everyone out there I now place my head in the adirondack mountains I have been here since I've graduated Mt.Zion school of Minisrty, I am hiding no I work at a christian hotel and family resort as a Sous chef and Pasrty chef. winters are cold and lonely and summers are crazy and busy lots of people I cook for 800 people a week thats just one dinning room so theres even more people.but we have fun God has blessed us this year with a good crew. anywaythats where I am I guess lol but its fun.
