- Atreyu is a band from Orange County, California, consisting of Dan Jacobs, Travis Miguel, Marc McKnight, Brandon Saller and Alex Varkatzas. The band was formed as "Retribution" and later changed their name to "Atreyu" reportedly named after the Atreyu character from The Neverending Story [1].
Atreyu has released 3 full albums Suicide Notes and Butterfly Kisses (2002) The curse (2004) and thier newest album A Deathgrip on yesterday (2006)

yep atreyu do rock there fucking amazing, and in my opinion there newest album is the best one, they have matured better vocals better solos etc, emma wot r u going on about :S?
