- I'm one of The Ngawaka whanau from Great Barrier Island and proud of it...... We have a Family home in Papakura where we have lived since 1980. Have seen alot of changes.
All my children have moved away to Hastings, Kiama Australia, and Blenheim in the South Island.
There is only Kiri (Jr) who lives not far away with her family, So I still get to see 3 of my 14 moko.
But this in April 2009 I will have another moko, that make 15moko also the same month I will have my First Great-grand Moko Neat aye !!! We are now into July 2009 and I have 2 more moko's on the way Neat!!!!!!
I do miss all of them but they have their own families, and I'm only a phone call away from them all so I hear from them all the time.
At the moment Kara is kept busy with the Band he is in.
Music is something that Kara enjoys alot and I enjoy listening to them playing try to be off work when they have Gigs!!!!! Excellent - Music
