The band started in February 2007 as a metal act and evolved over the space of the two and a half years they were together. The band came second in their local Battle of the Bands after only being together a few months. They played many places in Northern Ireland and built up a strong fanbase. Assassinate released a live and 10 track studio album during this time.
The band decided to take a different direction in 2009 and thus kicked out singer Kyle Montford. The band played two gigs as a rock act and achieved much praise for their gig in Havana on July 23rd however it was not to last and after the departure of Ross Graham they called an end to the band.

Assassinate/Bulletproof have decided to call it a day after two and a half years of being together. We would like to thank all of those who came to our gigs and supported us in this time and we hope most of your memories will be positive ones0 Kommentare 124 Tage

We need a new bassist
Ross has left the band after 2 and a half years and the band would like to wish him well with whatever he chooses to go on to do. Ross has been playing music that is not to his taste for the last two and a half years and was about to quit before the band changed name and style. However Ross has still decided to call it a day as its still not something he wants to do anymore and the band respects this desicion.
