Erika's Foundations
Competitive, critical, bossy, sharp, egocentric, takes control, decisive, pragmatic, gallant, vigorous (wtf?), helpful, possessive, sensible, placid, consistent, polite, ironic, can sometimes be sarcastic, informal.</b>
Personal Statement
Erika is direct and results-orientated with a practical approach to new challenges. She is tenacious in completing projects. Naturally motivated to achieve, she is a hard worker who will listen to others' points of view. She may prefer to take control of a situation and may be demanding of people working with her, She may initially resist accepting new ideas or change.
Though a strong individualist, this person can be group-orientated, taking a somewhat direct approach. She can also become uncomfortable with sudden changes in routines. She may be very opinionated and independent when faced with change or new ideas, particularly if they are not her own. Being blunt and forthright, this person may step on other people's toes without knowing it.
Erika requires continual challenge in order to avoid becoming bored. She is both power and status-conscious. Erika "tells" rather than "asks" and while a thorough communicator, she can be somewhat forceful. There is also a tendency for her to become uncomfortable if people try to get too close to her.
