  • New iMac

    I treated myself to a new iMac last week, and WOW. I didn't realize what a difference Leopard would be. There are so many new features that ACTUALLY have a purpose, not just apple showing off... they are actually trying (and succeeding) to make my life easier!!!

    On another note...em... eh

    OK, i guess its just the iMac then

  • business and pain

    I guess i strart most of my blogs by commenting on how long it's been since the last one... sorry...

    A lot has been happening recently, and i thought i'd fill y'all in a little. I have officially started recording the E.P., got some great musicians on board, and a great producer on board, so i will keep y'all posted.

    I have been writing a good bit recently,. and as always, some good stuff is coming out, as well as some not so good stuff... but thats the way it goes...

    I must say, i am completely undecided about dimished chords... (bare with me) They're cool sometimes, but they seem to be annoyin me a bit recently, so i'm not sure...

  • ...for another year

    It's hard to believe that HBW is over for another year. Once again, it was a fantastic week. The bands were fantastic, speakers were great, and of course, the mud was... muddy.

    Jeff Lucas, for anyone who wasn't there, is an incredible speaker, and I would recommend his books.

    The morning Bible Studies with Jeff were fascinating. I learned a lot about the meaning behind the parable of the Prodigal Son, and particularly what it would have meant to people of the time.

    After the late night specials, we had fantastic meetings in the back of a Red van... sounds weird, I know, but they were awesome times. I managed to get along to a few, brought my guitar, and led the guys in a time of worship, and a few guys spoke briefly.

    No lights, no visuals, no hype, just spending time with the most awesome guys, in Gods presence.

    Over the course of the week, I bought the new Hillsong album, the new United album, the Forever Changed album, and when i got home, i bought the Duke Special album (thanks to a tip from Warren, its only a fiver in HMV), as well as a couple of Jeff Lucas' books

    Fun times............
