    this is scary if u dance, used to dance or love dancing!!

    1. U can't resist doing a few steps in the middle of p.e.

    2. All of ur teachers know u dance- u do it while waiting for everyone 2 cum in2 class(and during and after class,in the hallways....)

    3.Ur knees hurt so u walk on tiptoe to make them feel better.

    4.U find urself walkin on tiptoe all the time-it's perfectly natural.

    5.U kno all the words 4 ur dancin school's steps

    6.U no longer hav muscles u hav shelves

    7.Evrytime u hear irish music u start tappin along

    8.U go out sumplace during an ovrnite feis, u luk 4 sumone wit curlers in their hair 2 bond wit

    9.Ur proud of ur calloused feet nd u wuldn't dream of gettin a pedicure

    10.U can walk witout swingin ur arms (i hate this!!i look odd)

    11.Any story u write has sumtin 2 do wit dance,Ireland....

    12.U always turn out your feet when sitting, standing....

    13.U sumtimes dance in ur sleep (always goin over steps!!!)

    14.U don't always remember wat numbr cums aftr 8... lol lol

    15.Walkin like a duck wit ur feet turnd out is perfectly normal.

    16.Usin body adhedsive 2 glu ue socks 2 ur leg doesn't seem weird 2 u hahaha

    17.U choreograph dances during........well always

    18.U'v actually tried doin ur steps in a pool

    19.U test ur clothes 2 make sure u can dance in dem

    20.U do finger dancin(dancin steps wit ur hands) nd pepl giv u strange looks

    21.Ur gym class can do ur hornpipe better than u can

    22.U know ur a dancer if u can find reel timing 2 any song

    23.At a pub if there playn trad music ur always expected to get up and do somthin!! HATE IT!!!

      Thursday 10th Of September is World Suicide Awareness Day.
      To mark this event, community groups from across Belfast are participating in an “Walk of Life” to raise awareness of the issue. Groups from across the city are leaving their perspective headquarters to march to City Hall for 6am, to mark this as a Belfast wide event. The event is scheduled at this early time to symbolise travelling through darkness and into light as an expression of hope for those bereaved through suicide.
      We would like to march from our building Memorial House waring Street at 5.00am
