  • The Obligatory, Destined to never be followed up blog post.

    I'm bored today, so I thought I'd update my profile a bit, then couldn't really be bothered, so I just arsed around and sorted out a playlist. Its awesome, still very stage 1 at the mo but still fantastic! I lurve it, I expect no-one else will.

    I was nearly ran over twice today trying to get to my maths exam on time, as the stupid bus was late, and in the end so was I, though not by much. UI was bloody knackered, mind, and completely ballsed up the first question. I sorted it later, but I have another morning exam on Friday, and if the same thing happens I'm gonna get mad. Real mad!

      Hey James i was wondering if u could help me with a maths problem? Verify that "i" is a solution of z(to the power of 4) + 4z(to the power of 3) + 3z( to the power of 2) + 4z + 2 and hence find all the solutions. It is driving me crazy lol Dnt worry too much about it tho cuz i can ask my maths teacher sometime but im trying to revise for my exams. Thankyou Amanda xxxxxxxxxxxxx

      Hey I love Massive attack and believe that Teardrop is a powerful force and can never be ruined. Newton Faulkner did it very well Ill have you know. I mean when he does it live and he plays all the parts, so thats melody with his left hand percussion and bass note with his right hand, its fantastic. Iv learned it and I know how cool it is. I think Newton Faulkner is great. Besides you have to hear the story behind it... He had a couple of days to cover something for a gig and didn't know anything so he knocked together his own version of teardrop. And it was awesome for something completely redone (Notice how its played in a different key, and no harpsichord at hand just a guitar) You can tell he didn't have much time but still managed to maintain the beauty that is teardrop. Phew rant over. I could come up with another inspirational list of awesome musicians for you but not now. I need to calm down. Arnt you a fan of Live music? No backing tracks just raw talent?

Or golden oldies such as massive attack, or maybe the great Nine inch Nails? Depends how poetic you are really. Errrrrr wats about.... Nirvana or Red Hot chilles Ummmm Pink Floyd? The Eagles? Are you into Rock, or classic rock, or acoustic rock or acoustic love Electric genious or mellow out stuff. Listen to Teardrop the Newton Faulkner version. And tell me if you believe I can play it
