- We are The Occasionals, plz check out our stuff. If u don't like it- piss (off)and dont leave bloody comment. otherwise stay awhile. The band started like so: Guitarist Theo Faull and Bassist Charlie Byers were keen on starting a band, so they got the highly experienced Giles Robinson as their drummer. The three played covers and jammed endlessley at skool and didn't get v far with it. Before the annual school concert 'Battle of the Bands', they needed a vocalist and chose Sam Johnston -expert guitarist and signer- to lead them. We called ourselves 'The SpiderMonkeys' for the concert but later we re-named as 'The Occasionals', (sharing the name with a Scottish folk band) oops... After many recording sessions and concerts we have a total of 10 recordings.
