- Falter Ego consists of Ian on lead vocals and guitar, Gary on guitar, Jim on bass and Peter on drums and backing vocals. Our influences are diverse and many. They include some of the following: Biffy Clyro, Rage Against the Machine, Funeral for a Friend, System of a Down, Soundgarden, Pearl Jam, Metallica, Nirvana, The Melvins, Smashing Pumpkins, Tool, Perfect Circle, Queens of the Stone Age and Mastodon.
In 2008 we recorded a three track demo in TrackMix Studios. The tracks recorded for this we Glory Hunter, Ghosts On The Ho Chi Minh Trail and Rats In The Walls.
If you like the kind of music we are influenced by or our approach to how music should be made please come to a gig.
