We want to say a huge thank you to all the bands who have agreed to play the new dates at such short notice and a special thank you to the venues involved who have been hugely accommodating.

Scuba Dice

The following is a press release regarding our recent trip to New York:

"The line from New York New York "I want to wake up in a city that never sleeps" has never meant so much to an Irish band before.

After a recent visit to the glorious land we call the Americas, Scuba Dice returned home after successfully playing 4 showcase gigs in the Big Apple itself. After many months of rehearsal the band got their chance to strut their stuff for some of the most influential figures in to days ever changing world of live music. The band had the opportunity to perform for Wyclef Jean ,Jerry Wonda, Renal Duplessiss and John King ,all icons in their right at 4 intimate venues. One might think that playing for people with such high credentials that a young pop punk band from the south east of Ireland would have some reservations but instead they played like a seasoned touring band far beyond their years of experience. From the now familiar intro, into what has become the Scuba Dice experience they belted out track after track as if their life depended on it. Why the intensity you might ask - well their life did depend on it .

The reason they were there was to impress at least one person enough to land that all important deal and they did just that.

They were approached by John King of Chung King Studios NYC after their show in Yonkers New York. Such was the impression made on John that he asked to meet with them a few days later. The band left that meeting with a full production deal which will enable them to avail of one of the best recording and production studios in the world.

Since forming a few years ago and a change in the line up Scuba Dice have played on national TV, performed with various artists from different parts of the world ,rocked the crowds at the Dithmarscher Rock Festival in Marne Hamburg Germany and most recently won the love and support of fans in The good old US of A .
