- Trivium are a metalcore band from Orlando, Florida. Their debut album was released through Lifeforce on October 14, 2003. Their debut with Roadrunner Records, Ascendancy, scanned a 7,054 on the Nielsen SoundScan charts. The album also debuted at #4 on the US Top Heatseeker Chart and #151 on the US Billboard Top 200 Chart. They have finished recording their next album "The Crusade" and are looking for an October release under Roadrunner. Kerrang magazine have hailed Trivium as "the next Metallica".
